5 Christmas Gifts for a Beauty Guru

What do you get for the beauty guru who seems to have tried everything? It can be frustrating trying to purchase something that they will love, but that they don’t already have. Well, I’ve rounded up some products that are high quality, affordable, and unique! Take a look 🙂

1. Amaze Gel Exfoliant ($10.99 for 7.5 ml)

Most facial exfoliants contain beads or ground pits that take off dead skin; however, that can be irritating to those of us with sensitive skin. This plant-based gel exfoliant is a great replacement! As you massage the gel onto your face, it pulls dead skin cells off. The cells form into little balls, and you can wash them right off. This awesome exfoliant also treats acne, and reduces fine lines.

2. Trilogy Everything Balm ($21 for 45 ml)

This balm is great for all sorts of things. When applied  to your face and body, it will nourish your skin and protect it from the sun. You can also apply it to chapped lips, calloused feet, or brittle nails. It really is an “everything” balm!

3. Sleepclean Anti-Acne Pillowcase ($35)

This pillowcase is embedded with antimicribial silver, that fights acne while you sleep! And, this lasts for 50 washes. Pretty neat, huh?

4.  Coloured Raine Matte Lip Paint ($17)

These are liquid lip paints that go on smooth, and dry matte. It’s very long lasting, comes in all sorts of crazy colors, and is waterproof! Note: An oil based makeup remover must be used to get this off properly.

5. Black Phoenix Alchemy Lab Perfume Oil ($4 for sample, $17.50 for 5 ml, $25 for Limited Edition 5 ml)

I have to admit, I spend WAY more money here than I should. Perfume oils are amazing; they wear very close to the skin, and make you smell absolutely magical. Their scents are unique, and smell nothing like commercial perfume! This particular company sells fantasy and fiction themed scents. You can head to their Alice in Wonderland or Labyrinth section, and maybe check out the Shakespearian scents! I have hundreds of the little sample vials (you can find them pretty cheap on eBay), and I’m always getting compliments on how I smell.
